摘要 Wereportedonthegenerationofthedual-wavelengthrectangularpulseinanerbium-dopedfiberlaser(EDFL)withatopologicalinsulatorsaturableabsorber.Therectangularpulsecouldbestablyinitiatedwithpulsewidthfrom13.62to25.16nsandfundamentalrepetitionrateof3.54MHzbyproperlyadjustingthepumppowerandthepolarizationstate.Inaddition,weverifiedthatthepulseshapeofthedual-wavelengthrectangularpulsecanbeaffectedbythetotalnetcavitydispersioninthefiberlaser.Furthermore,byproperlyrotatingthepolarizationcontrollers,theharmonicmode-lockingoperationofthedual-wavelengthrectangularpulsewasalsoobtained.Thedual-wavelengthrectangularpulseEDFLwouldbenefitsomepotentialapplications,suchasspectroscopy,biomedicine,andsensingresearch.
