摘要
Chirped-pitchnanoscalecircularsurface-reliefdiffractiongratingswerephotoinscribedonthinfilmsofaDisperseRed1functionalizedmaterialusingaholographictechnique.Atruncatedconicalmirrorsplitsandredirectsaconvergingordiverginglaserbeam,resultinginaninterferencepatternofconcentriccircleswithachirpedpitchthatcanbecontrolledbyvaryingthewavefrontcurvature.Theresultingcirculargratingshaveadiameterof12mmandhavetheadvantageofbeingproducedinafast,single-stepprocedurewithnorequirementforamastergrating,photomask,ormillingequipment.
