摘要 EscherichiacoliL-asparaginasewasmodifiedwithO-car-boxymethylatedchitosanusingglutaraldehydeasacouplingagent.Theresultingcoujugateretainedmorethan50%ofitsoriginalenzymeactivityundertheprotectionofitsnormalsubstrateorproductandshowedmarkedresistancetoproteolysisbytrypsinandchymotrypsin.
