Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support-中国期刊网

摘要 Amodifiedpoly(ethyleneglycol)(PEG)hasbeendevelopedasthesolublepolymericsupportsforliquidphasesynthesisofnovelthioureaderivatives.Ineachstepofthesequence,thePEG-boundproductswereprecipitatedincoldEt2Oandtheunreactedmaterialsandby-productswereremovedbysimplefiltration.Theprogressofreaction,purityoftheisolationandthestructureofthePEG-boundproductswereeasilymonitoredbyTLC,IRand^1HNMRspectra.RepresentativethioureaderivativeswereobtainedinmoderateyieldswithexcellentpurityfromthismodifiedPEG-boundproductbythecleavagewith50%TFA/H2O.
