摘要 Objective:Toanalyzethechangesofgeneexpressioninphenylbutyrateinduceddifferentiationofgliomacells.Methods:Theexpressionlevelsof14000genesingliomacellsbeforeandafterinducementwithsodiumphenyl-butyratefor2hor6dayswereevaluatedbycDNAarraytechniqueandprovedbymulti-dotblotting.Results:expressionof98genesingliomacellsshowedchangesaftertheinducement.Somegenesinvolvedintranscriptionandtranslationandsomeoncogenesaredown-regulated,whilesomegeneinvolvedindifferentiationorapoptosisareup-regulated.18unknownexpressionsequencingtag(EST)changedtoo.Conclusion:Ageneexpressionprofileassociatedwithdifferentiationofgliomacellswasestablished.
