Inthispaper,thesturctureofatop-face-swayelectromagneticmicromotoranditsprinciple,fabricationandpreformanceareintroduced.Acombinationoftheelectromagneticactuatingandtheplanetaryreducingprovidesthismicromotorandadvantageoflowrotationalspeedandhightorque.Inaddition,sinceaflexiblecouplingabsorbstheswayandonlyoutputsrotationspeedhasarangeof20-860rpm,anditsdrivingcurrentis300mA.Theoutputtorqueofthemicromotorismeasuredtobe13.0μNm.
