ThetheoreticalSpectralresponseformulaoftheN^+-N-I-P^+siliconphotodetectorwithhigh/lowemissionjunctionisgiven.Atthesametime,consideringtheprocessrequirements,theoptimunstructureparametersofsiliconphotodetectorareobtainedbynumericalcalculationandsimulation.Undertheconditionoftheseoptimumstructureparameters,theresponsivityofthesiliconphotodetectorwillbe0.48A/Wat650nm.
