Design of Diffractive Optical Elements Used for Beam Shaping in the Fresnel Domain-中国期刊网

摘要 IntheFresneltransformdomain,aneffectiveimprovementtotheconventionaliterativealgorithmfordesigningthediffractiveopticalelements(DOEs)usedforspatialbeamshapinghasbeenproposed.ThealgorithmcansuccessfullyachievetodesignDOEsforbeamshaping.Comparedwithconventionalalgorithm,thisalgorithmcanprovidefasterconvergence,morepowerfulabilitytoovercomelocalminimumproblemandbettershapingquality.Bycomputersimulation,theresulthasshownthattheDOEsdesignedbythisalgorithmhassnchadvantagesashighuniformityatthemainlobe,lowprofileerrorandsteepedge.
