Thecontinuousinvestmentintomanpowerresource,istheradicalpowertoassurethesustainabledevelopmentofenterprises.Theenterprisesbothathomeandabroadattachhighimportancetothecontinuouseducationoftheiremployeesandconsolidatetrainingtoinspiretheiremployees.Inordertofaceincreasinglydrasticglobalcompetition,thetelecomenterprisesinourcountryshouldconsolidatecontinuouseducation,maketrainingplanstoadapttothelong-termdevelopmentoftheenterprisesandestablishtheeffectivemechanismofencouragementofcontinuouseducation.
