摘要
Withthehigh-speeddevelopmentofeconomyinChina,peoplerequirehigherandhigherqualityoffood,andaccidentsoffoodsafetyinrecentyearshavebeenreported,causingthepromotionofconsumptiondemandongreenfood.Thepaperfirstlyinvestigatesthecurrentsituationofgreenfoodindustryathomeandabroad,thenfocusesontheanalysisofthedemandofgreenfoodmarket.Westudythebalancebetweenthegreenfoodandthepercapitadisposableincomeinshortandlongterm,throughvectorautoregressionmodelandco-integrationanalysisontheincomeelasticityofdemand.Thepapershowsthat,therelationshipbetweengreenfoodconsumptionandpercapitadisposableincomeis"bullwhipeffect",whichmeansthatthepercapitadisposableincomehaveasignificantroletothegreenfoodsalesintheshortterm,butnostableco-integrationrelationshipinthelongterm.
