摘要
Withthedeepeningofthewesterndevelopment,supportsofthecountryforthewesternregionofChinacontinuedtoincrease.Italsoincludesthesupportforenterpriseinnovationactivities,byreducingthetax,exemption,subsidiesandothermeans.Duetotheeffectofgovernmentsubsidiesonenterpriseinnovationactivitiesisdifferentindifferentregions,industriesandsoon,thereisabigcontroversy.Therefore,weusethepaneldataoflistedcompaniesinmanufacturingindustryofwesternregionassamplesforempiricalresearch,toresearchtheeffectofgovernmentsubsidiesonenterpriseinnovationactivitiesinthewesternofChina,thestudyfoundthatoverall,thecurrentgovernmentsubsidieshasapositiveeffectonEnterpriseR&Dinvestment,whereasthelastyear’sgovernmentsubsidyhasanegativeeffectonR&Dinvestment,butit’sincentiveeffectisgreaterthanthecrowdingouteffect.Thestudyalsofoundtherearedifferenteffectsbetweenthestate-ownedenterprisesandprivateenterprises,thecrowdingouteffectofprivateenterprisesisverysmallandnotsignificant.
