摘要
TheFifthPlenarymeetingofthe18thCentralCommitteeputforwardtheideaofcreativegreendevelopment,whichbecometheguidewhichisimportantconceptofeconomicandsocialdevelopmentinourcountryinthefuture.Thecontradictionbetweenresourceenvironmentandeconomicdevelopmentisbecomingmoreandmoreoutstandingwiththespeedingupofurbanizationprocessinwesternregion.Thecomingofbigdataandinformationage,makesthewisdomofecologicalcityconstructiontobethemainstreamdirectionofurbandevelopment,andgreendevelopmentalsobecomethecoreoftheecologicalcitywisdom.Inecologicalconceptgraduallydeepeningoftheinformationage,theconstructionofsmartecologicalcitybecomesthemainstreamdirection,greendevelopmentalsobecomesthecoreofthesmartecologicalcity.Thepathandstrategiesofpromotinggreendevelopmentofwesterncitiesbasedonthesmartecologicalcitieswerepresentedinthispaper,throughtheanalysisofthebackgroundofthesmartecologicalcityconstruction,thecalculationoftheenvironmentcarryingcapacityandtheecologicalfootprint,aswellasthetargetforthesustainablegreendevelopmentofthewesterncities.
