摘要
A10Gbit/srecirculatingsystemisconfiguredwithChirpedFiberBraggGrating(CFBG)forthedispersioncompensation.Forthefirsttime,thetransmissiondistanceintheloopreaches1000kmwithbiterrorrateof10-9.Theeffectofthegroupdelayrippleofthefibergratingisalsoinvestigatedintherecirculatingsystems,anditisshownthatthetransmissiondistanceislimitedto4cycles(4×167.1km)intheloopwiththepowerpenaltyfluctuationbelow1.0dB.Thusthegroupdelayrippleshouldbereducedtoallowforthewavelengthdriftof±5GHz.Attheendofthisletter,theprinciplesaregivenfordesigninglonghaulrecirculatingsystemswithdispersioncompensationCFBG.
