THE ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF GLOBAL SMOOTH SOLUTIONS TO THE MACROSCOPIC MODELS FOR SEMICONDUCTORS-中国期刊网

摘要 TheauthorsstudytheasymptoticbehaviorofthesmoothsolutionstotheCauchyproblemsfortwomacroscopicmodels(hydrodynamicanddrift-diffusionmodels)forsemiconductorsandtherelatedrelaxationlimitproblem.First,itisprovedthatthesolutionstothesetwosystemsconvergetotheuniquestationarysolutiontimeasymptoticallywithoutthesmallnessassumptionondopingprofile.Then,verysharpestimatesonthesmoothsolutions,independentoftherelaxationtime,areobtainedandusedtoestablishthezerorelaxationlimit.
