Mentaltherapybeginswithunderstandingapatient'spersonalityandreactiontowardsothers(alsoreferredtoasaperson'staote).Itisessentialtofullycuringone'sillnesses.Usingvariousmethods,themedicalstaffattemptstofullycomprehendthepatient'sthoughts,thusreleasingonefromthechainofunhealthythinking.Byadaptingthetechniqueslistedabove,thestaffhopestoincreasethepa-tient'sabilitytothinkpositivelyandthelongevityofthepatientsmentalhealyth.Inaddition,maintainingone'smentalstateofmindhelpstostrengthenthepatient'simmunesystemandoverallphysicalhealth.
