Inthispaper,airsideheattransferandpressuredropcharacteristicsoftwelvethree-rowplatefin-and-tubeheatexchangercoresoffourtypesoffinconfigurationshavebeenexperimentallyinvestigated.TheheattransferandfrictionfactorcorrelationsforthetwelvecoresareprovidedinawiderangeofReynoldsnumber.ItisfoundthatintherangeofReynoldsnumbertested.theNusseltnumberoftheslottedfinsurfaceisthelargestandthatoftheplainplatefinisthelowestwhiletheNusseltnumbersoftwotypesofwavyfinsaresomewhereinbetween.
