摘要 Anintelligentcoordinatedcontrolstrategyhasbeenproposedandsuccessfullyappliedtoa300MWboiler-tur-bineuniti.e.Unit1ofYuanbaoshanpowerplantinChina.Loadfollowingoperationofcoal-firedboiler-turbineunitinthepowerplantleadstochangesinoperatingpointswhichresultinnonlinearvariationsoftheplantvariablesandparameters.Forthevariationofoperatingconditionandslowlyvaryingdynamics,anintelligentcontrolschemehasbeendevelopedbycombiningfuzzyself-tuningwithadaptivecontrolandauto-tuningtechniques.Asthereexiststrongcouplingsbetweencontrolloopsofmainsteampressureandpoweroutputintheunit,anewdesignforstaticdecoupleraimedatdecouplingforsetpointsandunmeasuredpulverizedcoaldisturbanceofthesystematthesametimeispresented.Satisfactoryindustrialapplicationresultsshowthatsuchacontrolsystemhasenhancedadaptabilityandrobustnesstothecomplexprocess,andbettercontrolperformanceandhigheconomicbenefithavebeenobtained.
