摘要
Inordertostudytheatomicoxygencorrosionofspacecraftmaterialsinlowearthorbitenvironment,anatomicoxygensimulatorwasestablished.Inthesimulator,a2.45GHzmicrowavesourcewithmaximumpowerof600WwaslaunchedintothecircularcavitytogenerateECR(electroncyclotronresonance)plasma.TheoxygenionbeammovedontoanegativelybiasedMoplateundertheconditionofsymmetrymagneticmirrorfieldconfine,thenwasneutralizedandreflectedtoformoxygenatombeam.Thepropertiesofplasmadensity,electrontemperature,plasmaspacepotentialandionincidentenergywerecharacterized.TheatomicoxygenbeamfluxwascalibratedbymeasuringthemasslossrateofKaptonduringtheatomic5~30eVandacrosssectionofφ80mmcouldbeobtainedundertheoperatingpressureof10-1~10-3Pa.Suchahighfluxsourcecanprovideacceleratedsimulationtestsofmaterialsandcoatingsforspaceapplications.
