摘要
Opto-thermaltransientemissionradiometry(OTTER)isainfraredremotesensingtechnique,whichhasbeensuccessfullyusedininvivoskinmoisturecontentandskinmoisturedepthprofilingmeasurements.Inpresentpaper,weextendthismoisturecontentmeasurementcapabilitytoanalyzethemoisturecontentoffruit(tomato,grape,etc.)skins,andtostudytherelationshipbetweenfruitsripeningprocessandtheirsurfacemoistureandmoisturedepthprofiles.
