摘要
Undertheconditionofhigh-powerdrive,theexperimentalphenomenaoffreestatoroftravelingwaveultrasonicmotortakesonstrongnonlineareffects.Firstly,itscorrespondingtheoriesareestablishedtoanalyzeandcomparethestator'sperformancesattheresonanceandantiresonancestates.Atthesametime,someimportantparameters,suchasresonance/antiresonancefrequency,mechanicalquality,electro-mechaniccoupling,andtherelativevibrationeffect,areselectedelaboratelytoevaluatethevibrationalperformancesoffreestator.Then,someexperimentalschemesbasedonthelaservibrationmeasurementaredesignedrespectively.Underthedifferentdrivesconditions,theexperimentalcharacterizationsoffreestatorattheresonanceandantiresonancestatesareanalyzedsystematically.Finally,Theinvestigativeresultsshowthattheperformanceattheantiresonancestateismuchbetterthanthatattheresonancestate.Someconclusionsofthispapercanprovidenovelideaandguidanceforthechoosingoftheoperatingstatesanddrivingmodesoftravelingwaveultrasonicmotor.
