中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石疗效分析

摘要 摘要 ： 目的 研究在慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的治疗中，给予中西医结合治疗的价值。 方法 研究对象抽取自我院在 2016 年至 2019 年期间收治的 104 名慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者，通过抽签的方法选出对照组和结合组，每组各 52 名患者 。对照组安排传统的西医治疗，结合组在其基础上结合中医治疗，分析两种治疗方法治疗前后的中医证候总积分变化情况。 结果 两组患者在治疗后，中医 证候总 积分均得到了显著降低 （ P ＜ 0.05 ）；同时结合组患者治疗后的中医 证候总积分显著低于对照组患者（ P ＜ 0.05 ）。 结论 在慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的临床治疗中，中西医结合治疗可显著提高临床治疗效果，建议大力推广。

Methods 104 patients with chronic cholecystitis complicated with gallstones were selected from our hospital from 2016 to 2019. The control group and the combined group were selected by lottery, with 52 patients in each group. The control group was arranged with traditional western medicine treatment, and the combined group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of that, and the changes of the total syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine before and after the two treatment methods were analyzed. Results after treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes was significantly reduced in both groups (P < 0.05). At the same time, the total score of TCM syndromes in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect. Integrated Chinese and western medicine; TCM syndrome; Treatment effect 前言 在消化科疾病中，慢性胆囊炎疾病以及胆结石疾病都是常见的多发性疾病 [1] 。随着近几年我国经济的不断发展，人们的生活水平得到了显著的改善，饮食结构也发生了较大改变，导致该疾病的发病率在逐年攀升 , 特别是对于慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的患者来说，其生存质量会受到严重影响 [1] 。近几年中医医学理论体系不断的在完善，为此本研究采用了中西医结合的治疗方式，对我院的 104 名慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者进行治疗研究，现将治疗效果报道如下。
