摘要
摘要：目的 探讨脑出血偏瘫患者康复护理干预后运动功能恢复效果。方法 随机选取我院 2017年 9月～ 2018年 4月入院接受治疗的 60例脑出血偏瘫患者，随机将患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组患者使用常规护理与健康知识宣教，观察组在对照组的基础上使用早期康复护理干预，对比两组患者的运动功能恢复情况。结果 护理干预后观察组的运动功能恢复情况明显优于对照组，两组差异显著（ P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 对脑出血偏瘫患者做有效的早期康复护理能够有效提升患者的运动功能及生存质量，值得在临床上进行推广。

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on motor function recovery of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing and health education, while patients in observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The motor function recovery of patients in two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, the recovery of motor function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Effective early rehabilitation nursing for hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve their motor function and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
