摘要
【摘要】目的 探究健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎护理效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法 将近期本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施健康教育护理干预。结果 护理后，观察组患者的 Lequesnce指数评分以及护理总满意率均显著优于对照组，差异显著 ;差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 实施健康教育护理干预能够显著改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的膝关节功能恢复情况，同时提高患者的护理满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of health education nursing intervention on the nursing effect and treatment compliance of knee osteoarthritis. Methods The patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital in recent years were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given health education nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results After nursing, the Lequesnce index score and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education nursing intervention can significantly improve the recovery of knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis, and at the same time improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
