摘要
摘要：目的 探究胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常患者的护理效果。方法 选取我院 2017年 5月～ 2019年 4月收治的 50例心衰合并心律失常患者，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，各 25例。两组患者均给予胺碘酮进行治疗，观察组在此基础上应用综合护理，对照组采取常规护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组的护理满意度为 96%，对照组的护理满意度为 80%，差异有统计学的意义， P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率进行比较，差异有统计学的意义， P<0.05。结论 通过胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常，护理效果较佳，同时可提高护理满意度，值得临床方面应用和推广。

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing effect of amiodarone on patients with heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods Fifty patients with heart failure and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given amiodarone treatment, the observation group based on the application of comprehensive care, the control group took conventional care, compared the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, and that of the control group was 80%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionAmiodarone is effective in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia, and can improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
