摘要
【摘要】目的：探析心脏瓣膜置换同期行射频消融治疗房颤的术中配合护理要点及护理体会。方法：以我院收治的 39例行心脏瓣膜置换术，同期行射频消融治疗房颤患者为研究资料，所有患者均给予术中护理配合，对所有患者的临床护理效果进行回顾性评价。结果： 39例患者均顺利完成手术，无死亡病例；经术后随访，术后房颤转复率较高。结论：对于行心脏瓣膜置换术合并房颤患者进行术中护理配合，需要护理人员做好常规手术物品、器械准备，充分评估病情。同时也需要护理人员熟悉手术步骤，密切监测患者的生命体征，配合医生完成手术，以提高手术成功率，改善患者的生存质量。

[abstract] Objective: To explore the key points and nursing experience of intraoperative cooperation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation by radiofrequency ablation in the same period of heart valve replacement. Methods: 39 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent cardiac valve replacement and radiofrequency ablation at the same time were selected as the research data. All patients were given intraoperative nursing cooperation, and the clinical nursing effect of all patients was evaluated retrospectively. Result: All the 39 patients successfully completed the operation without death, and the recovery rate of AF was higher after the follow-up. CONCLUSION: For patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement combined with atrial fibrillation, intraoperative nursing cooperation requires nurses to prepare routine surgical items and instruments and fully evaluate the condition of patients. At the same time, nurses need to be familiar with the surgical procedures, closely monitor the vital signs of patients, and cooperate with doctors to complete the operation, so as to improve the success rate of the operation and the quality of life of patients.
