摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨胸腔镜下胸外科手术的术中护理配合及体会。方法 选取 2017年 6月～ 2018年 5月我院收治的胸腔镜下胸外科手术患者 54例，利用抽签法分组， 27例对照组患者实施常规手术护理， 27例实验组患者实施全面术中护理配合，护士需要协助患者完成麻醉工作。对比两组患者的手术护理效果。结果 实验组患者 SAS评分、 SDS评分、并发症发生率、舒适度、满意度均明显更优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 胸腔镜下胸外科手术的术中护理配合效果显著，可明显改善患者不良情绪，可明显提升患者舒适度及满意度，可明显降低患者并发症发生率，值得临床推荐。

[abstract] Objective To explore the cooperation and experience of intraoperative nursing in thoracoscopic thoracic surgery. Methods 54 patients who underwent thoracoscopic thoracic surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots. 27 patients in the control group were given routine surgical nursing, 27 patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive intraoperative nursing cooperation, and the nurses needed to assist the patients to complete anesthesia. The effect of surgical nursing was compared between the two groups. Results SAS score, SDS score, incidence of complications, comfort and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of intraoperative nursing cooperation in thoracic surgery under thoracoscopy is remarkable, which can significantly improve patients'bad mood, improve patients' comfort and satisfaction, and significantly reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
