摘要
摘要目的探讨唑来磷酸药物治疗效果及其对患者骨代谢指标的实际影响.方法选取我院收治的老年男性骨质疏松患者９０例,随机均匀分成两组,对照组患者主要进行常规碳酸钙D３片以及骨化三醇药物治疗,研究对比两组患者骨代谢指标改善情况.结果经过两组患者临床治疗,在患者临床治疗有效率上和骨代谢指标改善情况上,观察组明显高于对照组,且在患者后期不良反应发生情况和生活质量改善情况上,观察组也明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论唑来磷酸对骨代谢指标的影响较大,且应用有效率较高.关键词唑来磷酸;骨代谢指标;骨质疏松;影响AzoletophosphoricacideffectsonbonemetabolismindexAbstractobjectiveEffectofdrugtreatmentonbonemetabolismanditspracticaleffectonbonemetabolisminpatients．methods９０casesofsenilemalepaＧtientswithosteoporosiswererandomlydividedintotwogroups．ThecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionalcalciumcarbonateD３tabletsandthreealcoholdrugtreatment．Theimprovementofbonemetabolismindexinthetwogroupswasstudied．ResultsAftertwogroupsofpatientswithclinicaltreatment,intheclinicaltreatmentofpatientswitheffectiverateandpatientswithbonemetabolicindicatorsimproved,theobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthantheconＧtrolgroup,andinpatientswithadversereactionconditionsandqualityoflifeimprovement,theobservationgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．Conclusionthiazoletophosphatehavebiggerinfluenceonthebonemetabolismindex．Keywordsthiazoletophosphoricacid;Bonemetabolismindex;Osteoporosis;Influence;中图分类号R５８０文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８６１－０１
