摘要
摘要目的对高压氧治疗颅脑外伤伴视神经损伤患者的疗效进行观察.方法选取２０１３年２月~２０１５年２月我院收治的颅脑外伤伴有视神经损伤的患者９４例作为观察对象,按照抽签法随机分为观察组(n＝４７)和对照组(n＝４７),对照组患者采用传统疗法来进行治疗,观察组患者则在传统疗法的基础上再行高压氧来进行治疗.观察两组患者的治疗效果和视力恢复情况.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为９３．６％,明显高于对照组的７６．６％,两组患者间差异对比明显,具有统计学意义(X?＝５．３７１４;P＜０．０５);观察组患者的视力恢复情况也明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论高压氧应用于治疗颅脑外伤伴有视神经损伤的患者中,治疗效果明显,能够有效缓解患者的病情,同时患者的视力情况也恢复得更好,具有较高的临床意义,值得推广.关键词高压氧;颅脑外伤;视神经损伤AbstractObjectiveToobservetheeffectofhyperbaricoxygentherapyonpatientswithcraniocerebraltraumawithopticnerveinjury．Methods９４patientswithtraumaticbraininjuryaccompaniedwithopticnerveinjuryinourhospitalfromFebruary２０１３toFebruarywererandomlydividedintoobservationgroup(n＝４７)andcontrolgroup(n＝４７)．Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionaltherapy,whiletheobservationgroupweretreatedwithhyperbaricoxygenonthebasisofconventionaltherapy．Toobservethetherapeuticeffectofthetwogroupsofpatientsandtherecoveryofvisualacuity．Resultsthetotaleffectiverateoftheobservationgroupwas７６．６％,significantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup９３．６％,thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(X２＝５．３７１４;P＜０．０５);thevisualacuityofthepatientsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P＜０．０５)．Conclusionhyperbaricoxygentherapyinthetreatmentofpatientswithtraumaticbraininjuryaccompaniedwithopticnerveinjury,thetreatmenteffectisobvious,caneffectivelyalleviatethepatKieeynt??wsorcdosndition,andthepatient??svisionisalsobetter,withahighclinicalsignificance,itisworthpromoting．hyperbaricoxygen;braininjury;opticnerveinjury中图分类号R４７３．６文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８０４－０２
