摘要
摘要目的分析晚期胃癌患者化疗疗效中血清VEGF、CEA、CA１９－９以及SF变化的价值.方法把本院近年来收治的６３例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照治疗效果分为有效组、稳定组以及进展组,分别在治疗前后对患者血清VEGF、CEA、CA１９－９和SF水平进行测定,并进行比较分析.结果和化疗前相比,有效组血清VEGFCEACA１９－９和SF水平显著降低,进展组血清VEGFCEA水平显著上升,差异显著(P均＜０．０５);稳定组患者血清VEGFCEACA１９－９和SF水平以及进展组患者血清CA１９－９和SF水平和治疗前相比,无显著变化(P均＞０．０５).结论通过本次研究结果的分析可知,胃癌化疗疗效和血清VEGF、CEA、CA１９－９存在密切的关系,经上述指标的检测可对化疗效果进行预测和评估.关键词化疗;胃癌;VEGF;CA１９－９;SF;CEAAbstractobjectivetheanalysisofserumVEGFinpatientswithadvancedgastriccancerchemotherapycurativeeffect,CEAandCA１９－９,andthevalueofSF,change．Methodwetreated６３casesofpatientswithadvancedgastriccancerinrecentyearsastheresearchobject,accordingtothetreatmenteffectisdividＧedintoeffectivegroup,thestabilityandprogressofgroup,respectivelybeforeandafterthetreatmentofpatientswithserumVEGF,CEAandCA１９－９andSFlevelsaremeasured,andcomparativeanalysis．Resultscomparedwithbeforetreatment,theeffectivegroup,serumVEGFCEAandCA１９－９SFweresignifiＧcantlyreduced,theprogressgroup,serumVEGFCEAlevelsincreasedsignificantly,thesignificantdifference(P＜０．０５);AstablegroupofpatientsserumVEGFlevelofCEAandCA１９－９SF,progressaswellasthegroupofpatientsserumCA１９－９andSFlevelscomparedwithbeforetreatment,nosignificantchange(P＞０．０５)．ConclusionthroughtheanalysisoftheresultsofthisstudyshowsthatgastriccancerchemotherapyefficacyandserumVEGF,thereisacloserKeleaytiwonorsdhsip,CEAandCA１９－９bytheindexofthetestcanpredictandevaluateeffectofthechemotherapy．keywordschemotherapy;Gastriccancer;VEGF;CA１９－９．SF．TheCEA中图分类号R７３５．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０２８９－０１
