摘要 DiabetespertainstoXiaokeinTCM.Itisdividedintothreekinds,namely,upperlung,middlestomachandlowerkidney,itstreatmentisalsodividedintomoisteninglung,clearingawaystomach-heatandnourishingthekidneyaccordingly.Buttogettherootofthematter,thetreatmentoflong-durationDMshouldbedominatedbynourishingkidneyandfosteringtheYin.Accordingtothistheory,theXiaoTangYinwasformulated.Ifconsiderationcanbegiventoothersymptomsandflexiblemodificationcanbemade,goodeffectsweregotalways.
