摘要
Objective:Toobserveeffectsofherbalcake-separatedrnoxibustiononbloodlipids,includingtotalcholesterol(TOh),triglyceride(TG),highdensitylipoprotein-Oh(HDL-Ch),lowdensitylipoprotein-Oh(LDL-Ch),apolipoproteinA(ApoA),apolipoproteinB(ApoB),andplasmathrornboxaneB2(TXB2)and6-keto-prostaglandinF1α(6-keto-PCFα1)contentsandanalyseitsmechanism.Methods:Thehyperlipemiarabbitmodelwasestablishedbybreedingofhighfatforageandinjectionofbovineserumalbumin.Theyweretreatedrespectivelybydirectmoxibustionandherbalcake-separatedrnoxibustionatJuque(巨阙CV14),Tianshu(天枢ST25),Fenglong(丰隆ST40),etc.,oncedaily,continuouslyfor40days.BloodTChandTGcontentsweredetectedwithenzymaticmethod,LDL-ChandHDL-Chwithcolorimetricmethod,ApoAandApo13withelectrophoreticmethod,andTXB2and6-keto-PGFα1withradioimmunoassey.Results:Boththeherbalcake-separatedmoxibustionanddirectmoxibustioncouldeffectivelydecreaseTCh,TG,LDL-Ch,Apo13andTXB2contentsandTXB2/6-keto-PGF1α,andincreaseHDL-CHand6-keto-PGF1αcontentsintherabbitofhyperlipemia.Conclusion.6-keto-PGF1αandTXB2arepossiblyinvolvedinthemechanismofherbalcake-separatedmoxibustiondecreasingbloodlipids。
