摘要
摘要目的研究并探讨艾迪注射液联合化疗对老年恶性肿瘤患者生活质量及免疫功能的临床影响,并分析该治疗方法的可靠性和应用价值.方法将我院从２０１３年１月１８日至２０１４年１２月１８日期间收治的１５６例老年恶性肿瘤患者进行研究,将１５６例老年恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组(７８例)以及实验组(７８例),对照组患者实施化疗法,实验组患者实施艾迪注射液联合化疗法,将两组患者的生活质量以及免疫功能进行比较.结果通过卡氏评分显示实验组患者的生活质量改善率优于对照组患者(P＜０．０５),实验组患者的免疫功能优于对照组患者(P＜０．０５),差异较大,具有统计学意义.结论采用艾迪注射液联合化疗对老年恶性肿瘤患者可以改善患者的生活质量以及免疫力,应用价值较高,值得借鉴.关键词艾迪注射液;化疗;老年恶性肿瘤;生活质量;免疫功能AbstractObjectiveTostudyanddiscusseddyinjectioncombinedchemotherapyofagedlifequalityandimmunefunctioninpatientswithmalignanttumoroftheclinicaleffect,andanalyzethetreatmentmethodofthereliabilityandapplicationvalue．MethodsOurhospitalfromJanuary１８,２０１３－２０１３onDecember１８,１５６casesadmittedduringtheperiodofstudyinelderlypatientswithmalignanttumor,１５６casesofelderlypatientswithmalignanttumorwererandomlydividＧedintocontrolgroup(７８cases),andtheexperimentalgroup(７８cases)andcontrolgroupinpatientswithchemotherapymethod,theexperimentalgroup,theeddyinjectioncombinedchemotherapymethodforthetwogroupsofpatientslifequalityandimmunefunctionwerecompared．ResultsThecartesianscoreshowsthattheexperimentalgroupthroughthepatient＇squalityoflifeperiodisbetterthanthecontrolgrouppatients(P＜０．０５),theexperimentalgroupthepatient＇simmunefunctionisbetterthanthecontrolgrouppatients(P＜０．０５),thedifferenceislarger,withstatisticalsignificance．ConclusionUsingeddyinjectionchemotherapyforeldKerelyywpoartidesntswithmalignanttumorcanimprovethepatient＇squalityoflifeandimmunity,andhigherapplicationvalueandisworthusingforreference．Eddyinjection;Chemotherapy;Elderlymalignanttumor;Thequalityoflife;Theimmunefunction中图分类号R７３文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６０７－０１
