摘要
摘要目的探讨连续血液净化治疗急性中毒的临床价值.方法本次医学研究选择我院２０１２年１月至２０１５年１月之间收治的１００例急性中毒患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者在此基础上接受连续血液净化治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果实验组急性中毒患者临床治疗后住院时间、昏迷时间、死亡率和治愈率等观察指标情况均明显优于对照组,两组急性中毒患者临床治疗效果对比具有明显的统计学差异(P＜０．０５).结论急性中毒患者接受连续血液净化治疗,具有较为满意的临床效果,因而推广和应用价值较高.关键词连续血液净化;急性中毒;临床价值AbstractObjectivetoexploretheclinicalvalueofcontinuousbloodpurificationinthetreatmentofacutepoisoning．MethodsthemedicalresearchtochooseourhospitalJanuaryJanuary２０１２to２０１５were１００casesofacutepoisoningpatientsastheobjectofobservationweredividedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup．Patientsinthecontrolgroupreceivedroutinetreatment,patientsintheexperimentalgrouponthebasisofthereceivedcontinuousbloodpurificationtheraＧpy,comparativeanalysisoftheclinicalcurativeeffectofthetwogroupsofpatients．ResultstheclinicaltreatmentofpatientswithacutepoisoninggroupafterhosＧpitalizationtime,comatime,mortalityrateandcurerateobservationindexweresignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup,thetwogroupsofpatientswithacutepoisoningclinicaleffectcontrastwithstatisticallysignificantdifference(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionacutepoisoningpatientswithcontinuousbloodpurificationtreatＧment,Kweiythwoardmsoresatisfactoryclinicalresults,andthuspromotethevalueofhigher．Continuousbloodpurification;Acutepoisoning;Clinicalvalue中图分类号R５９５文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６３２－０１
