摘要
摘要目的探讨胸腰椎骨折腹胀的原因及有效改善腹胀的护理措施.方法将９６例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用常规护理法和预防腹胀的全面护理干预法,观察两组腹胀情况,进行统计学分析比较.结果与对照组相比,实验组腹胀症状明显下降,效果满意.结论胸腰椎骨折患者并发腹胀的发生率高,早期全面的护理能最大程度的减轻患者的腹胀,降低患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量.关键词早期全面护理胸腰椎骨折腹胀EarlycomprehensivenursingcareontheabdominaldistensionofthoracolumbarfracturesAbstractObjectiveToinvestigatethecauseofabdominaldistensionofThoracolumbarfracturespatientandthenursingmeasurestobetterabＧdominaldistensioneffectively．Methods９６casesofthoracolumbarfracturewereassignedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgrouprandomly,Totreatwithroutinenursingandnursinginterventionmethodtoprevenyabdominaldistensionrespectively．Toobseruetheabdominaldiatensionoftwogroups,thedatewerecomparedandanalyzedstatistically．ResultsTheefectwassatisfaction,thesymptomofabdominaldiatensionwasreleasebycomparedwithcontrolgroup．ConclusionTherateofabdominaldistensionofthoracolumbarfracturepatientishigh,earlycomprehensivenursingcarecanreducethepatient＇sabdominaldistension,thegreatestdegreetoreducethepainofthepatients,improvethequalityoflifeofthepatients．KeywordsEarly;comprehensivenursingcare;fractureofthoracicandlumbarverebrae;abdominaldistention中图分类号R４７３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０５０８－０２
