Theboat-coffinsandsingle-logcoffinsarelocatedinNo.58,Shangye商业Street,withinthefirstringroadofChengdu成都downtownarea.FromJuly2000tothebeginningof2001ChengduMunicipalInstituteofAntiquityandArchaeologymadeanexcavationofthissiteanddeterminedittobeamassivetomboftheearlyWarringStatesperiod.ItwasselectedasoneofthetoptengreatarchaeologicaldiscoveriesinChinain2000anddeclaredbytheStateCouncilasahistoricalsiteofthefifthgroupunderspecialprotectionwithinChinainJuly2001.
