摘要
摘要目的探讨老年性胃癌患者的临床特点,评价老年性胃癌的外科治疗价值方法随机抽取我院收治的７０例老年胃癌患者,分别分为高龄组和非高龄组.高龄组年龄７０岁以上患者,４０例,年龄范围７０－７６岁,平均年龄７３．５岁;非高龄组３０例,年龄范围５０－６５岁,平均年龄５８．５岁.两组患者的性别、年龄、病程等临床资料进行统计学处理结果两组７０例患者临床症状主要有上腹部疼痛、消瘦乏力、恶心呕吐、吞咽困难、腹部包块等,对比高龄组与非高龄组上述临床症状的发生率,高龄组显著高于非高龄组,对比差异均具有统计学意义.两组患者胃癌发生部位对比,高龄组胃癌发生于胃底贲门区例数显著多于非高龄组,数据差异具有统计学意义,非高龄组胃癌发生于胃窦幽门区显著多于高龄组,数据差异具有统计学意义结论老年性胃癌患者的临床症状不典型,且以中晚期多见,部分患者可以采用手术治疗,需要医生选择合适的治疗方法,严密观察老年患者的心理变化动态,向患者及家属解释病情,积极避免患者手术后的并发症发生关键词老年性胃癌;外科治疗;临床评价ClinicalevaluationofsurgicaltreatmentforelderlygastriccancerYuyangsheng(ChengduSichuanFriendshipHospital６１００６６)AbstractObjectiveToexploretheclinicalcharacteristicsofelderlypatientswithgastriccancer,andtoevaluatethevalueofsurgicaltreatmentforelderlypaＧtientswithgastriccancermethodsRandomlyselected７０casesofelderlypatientswithgastriccancer,weredividedintoelderlygroupandnonelderlygroup．Olderagegroup７０patients,４０patients,aged７０－７６yearsold,theaverageageof７３．５yearsold;nonagedgroup３０cases,agerange５０－６５yearsold,theaverageageof５８．５yearsold．Theclinicaldataoftwogroupsofpatientsweretreatedbysex,ageandcourseofdiseaseResultsTheclinicalsymptomsof７０groupsoftwopatientsweremainlyabdominalpain,weightloss,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,dysphagia,abdominalmass,etc．,comparedwiththeelderlygroupandnonelderlygroup,theelderlygroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthenonelderlygroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant．Inthetwogroupsofpatientswithgastriccancer,theelderlypatientswithgastriccancerintheelderlygroupweresignificantlymorethanthoseinthenonelderlygroup,thedifferencewasstaＧtisticallysignificant．ConclusionIsnotatypicalclinicalsymptomsofsenilepatientswithgastriccancerandtomiddle－lateseemore,somepatientscanusesurgicaltreatment,needadoctortochoosetheappropriatetreatment,thestrictobservationofelderlypatientswithpsychologicalchangedynamically,explainedtothepaＧtientaknedyfwaomridlsycondition,activelyavoidcomplicationsofpatientsaftersurgerysenilegastriccancer;Surgicaltreatment;Clinicalevaluation中图分类号R４５４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０６２１－０１
