Influences of Low Energy Ion Implantation on Properties of Polyaniline/Si Heterojunction Solar Cells

摘要 Ionimplantationmayfavorablymodifythepropertiesofpolyaniline/Siheterojunctionsolarcellsfabricatedbytheelectrochemicalmethod.Influencesoftheimplantationontheabsorptionspectrumandthethermalstabilitywerediscussedandoutputpropertiesweremeasured.Theresultsshowthattheabsorptionspectrumofthepolyanilinefilmsmodifiedbyionimplantationismuchwider;itspyrolytictemperatureincreasesby40℃,andthepolyaniline/Sicellefficiencyincreases18and3timesundertheilluminationof10.92and37.2W/m2,respectively.
