摘要
摘要目的分析布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎的效果.方法抽选我院患儿７２例,随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和试验组(布地奈德治疗),观察临床疗效.结果试验组治疗有效３４例(９４．４％),高于对照组２８例(７７．８％);患儿咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组.P＜０．０５,差异有统计学意义.结论布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎效果突出,治疗有效率高、恢复时间短,具有较高的临床价值.关键词毛细支气管炎;布地奈德;临床效果AbstractObjectivetoanalysisofbudesonidetreatmenttheeffectofcapillarybronchitis．Methodsselectedfrom７２casesofchildren,wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(routinetreatment)andexperimentalgroup(budesonidetherapy),observeclinicalcurativeeffect．Resultsthetreatmentgroupeffective３４caＧses(９４．４％),higherthanthecontrolgroup２８cases(７７．８％)．Childrencoughandasthmasuppress,lungsounddisappeartimeshorterthanthecontrolgroup．P＜０．０５,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant．Conclusionbudesonidetreatmentcapillarybronchitiseffectisoutstanding,hightreatmentefficiency,shortrecoverytime,hKaesyhwigohrdcslinicalvalue．capillarybronchitis;Budesonide．Clinicaleffect中图分类号R２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０２６８－０１
