摘要
Theacutetoxiclevelsofformalintoamarinered-tidedinoflagellateProrocentrumminimumSchiller(Mastigophora,Dinoflagellida)weredeterminedbylinearregressionanalysis.Thedataobtainedrevealedthatthereisacloseregressionrelationshipbetweenlogarithmicconcentrationsofformalinandmortalityprobitscalesoftheorganismwhenexposuretimesare1,2,6,12,24h.Themedianlethalconcentrations(LC50values)obtainedfromcorrelationanalysisfortheseexposuretimes(with95%confidenceintervals),were11.83,6.76,4.37,4.27and3.98mgL^-1respectively.AtoxicitycurvewasobtainedtoconnecttheexposuretimeandLC50valuefromthecorrelationbetweenthem.TheresultsindicatedthatP.minimumcouldbekilledorfixedbyformalinintheconcentrationrangeof4-12mgL^-1within1-24h.
