摘要
摘要目的研究分析优质护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的临床应用效果.方法选取本院所收治的６８例冠心病合并心绞痛的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规的护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以优质护理干预,观察两组患者各项变化进行比较分析.结果观察组经优质护理后,对治疗冠心病心绞痛各项指标的变化具有显著性的差异(P＜０．０５),具有统计学意义.结论优质护理可有效改善对该病的治疗效果,减轻患者症状,降低患者死亡率,在临床中具有重要的应用价值,值得推广.关键词优质护理;冠心病;心绞痛;护理;临床应用AbstractObjectivetostudytheanalysisofthequalityofnursinginpatientswithcoronaryheartdiseaseanginapectorisclinicalapplicationeffect．Methodstoselectthisinstitutestreated６８casesofpatientswithcoronaryheartdiseasewithanginapectoris,randomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,controlgrouproutinenursingcare,observationgroupshallbehighqualitynursinginterventiononthebasisofconventionalnursing,carryoncomparativeanalysistovariouschangesobservedtwogroupsofpatients．Resultsobservationgroupafternursingquality,thechangeoftheindicatorsforthetreatmentofcoronaryheartdiseaseanginapectorishassignificantdifference(P＜０．０５),withstatisticalsignificance．Conclusionhighqualitynursingcarecaneffectivelyimproveonthetreatmentofthedisease,relievesymptoms,reducemorＧtality,hKaesyiwmoprodrstantapplicationvalueinclinic,isworthpromoting．highqualitynursingcare;Coronaryheartdisease(CHD)．Anginapectoris;Nursing;Clinicalapplicationof中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１２６９－０２
