摘要
摘要目的探讨手术室护理服务实践的方案及效果.方法选取我院２０１４年６月―２０１４年１２月手术患者９４例,将其按双盲随机方法分为两组,观察组４７例与对照组４７例,对两组患者进行不同的护理方案,观察效果.结果观察组的患者的病情恢复较好,回访的满意度高于对照组,两组间的对比差异显著,具有统计学意义.结论手术室优质护理服务可以消除患者不良的负面情绪,帮助患者更快的恢复健康,对提高患者对护理服务的满意度具有重大意义.关键词手术室;优质护理;满意度AbstractObjectivetoexplorethesolutionandtheeffectoftheoperatingroomnursingservicepractice．SelectionmethodsfromJanuary２０１４－December２０１４,９４casesofsurgerypatient,itisdividedintotwogroupsbydouble－blindrandomizedmethod,observationgroupof４７casesof４７caseswithcontrolgroup,thetwogroupsofpatientswithdifferentnursingplan,toobservetheeffect．Resultsobservationgroupthepatientbetterrecovery,returnofsatisfactionishigherthanthecontrolgroup,conＧtrastsignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups,withstatisticalsignificance．ConclusiontheoperatingroomnursingservicecaneliminatethenegativeemotionsofthepaＧtientsKwietyhwpoorodrs,helppatientsrecoverfaster,toimprovethepatientsatisfactiontonursingserviceisofgreatsignificance．operatingroom;Highqualitynursingcare;satisfaction中图分类号R４５７．１文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０７７４－０１
