摘要
摘要目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断在下肢深静脉血栓诊断过程中的临床应用效果.方法选取２０１４年１月~２０１５年６月来我院接受下肢深静脉血栓检查的疑似患者６５例为实验研究的对象,对患者的临床治疗和超声图图像进行回顾性分析,总结彩色多普勒超声诊断技术在下肢深静脉血栓针对过程中的应用价值.结果本次实验研究中共有患者６５例,其中经超声多普勒诊断为下肢深静脉血栓的患者有５９例,其中４８例患者经过静脉造影证实,剩余１１例患者经过手术得到证实,有１例患者出现漏诊,无误诊现象,其诊断有效率为９８．３％,漏诊率为１．７５％,误诊率为０．０％.结论在对下肢深静脉血栓患者实施诊断的过程中,彩色多普勒超声诊断的运用可以提高临床诊断的有效率,具有无创、准确、实施以及可重复性等显著的特点,是下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法,值得临床推广和运用.关键词彩色多普勒超声诊断;下肢深静脉血栓Abstractobjectivetoanalyzethecolordopplerultrasounddiagnosisinlowerextremitydeepveinthrombosisintheprocessoftheclinicalapplicationeffec．MethodselectioninJanuary２０１４toJune２０１５asearlyasourexaminedforlowerextremitydeepveinthrombosisoftheexperimentalstudyof６５patientsithsuspectedasobject,theclinicaltreatmentofpatientswithultrasonicimageswereretrospectivelyanalyzed,theconclusioncolordopplerultrasounddiagnostictechＧniqueinlowerlimbdeepveinthrombosisintheprocessofapplicationvalue．ResultstheexperimentalstudyofthecommunistpartyofChinahas６５casesofpaＧtients,includingultrasonicdopplerdiagnosisforpatientswithlowerextremitydeepveinthrombosisin５９cases,４８casespatientsafterveinangiographyconＧfirmedthattheremaining１１patientswereconfirmedbysurgeryand１caseofpatientsappearedindiagnosis,misdiagnosisphenomenon,itsdiagnosiseffectiveratewas９８．３％,themisseddiagnosisratewas１．７５,themisdiagnosisratewas０．０％．Conclusioninpatientswithlowerextremitydeepveinthrombosisintheprocessofdiagnosis,theuseofcolordopplerultrasounddiagnosiscanimprovetheclinicaldiagnosisofefficient,anoninvasive,accurate,implementation,andreＧpeatabiKlietyywaonrddsothersignificantcharacteristicsofthedeepveinthrombosisoflowerlimbsisthepreferredmethod,worthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication．Colordopplerultrasounddiagnosis;Lowerextremitydeepveinthrombosis;Veinangiography中图分类号R６１４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０３５９－０１
