摘要
摘要目的探讨开胸术后患者不同时机拔除尿管对排尿情况的影响,为医护人员拔除尿管的时机提供参考.方法将１６０名开胸术后患者按手术日期分组,双日为实验组８０例,在拔除尿管时,先夹闭尿管,待患者主诉有尿意时拔出尿管,单日为对照组８０例,在膀胱排空状态下给予拔出尿管.结果实验组发生尿潴留１例,对照组发生尿潴留８例,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论开胸手术后患者拔除尿管时应先夹闭尿管,待膀胱充盈,患者有尿意时再拔除尿管,可降低尿潴留的发生率,减轻患者痛苦,促进术后康复,同时减少护士工作量.关键词开胸术后;尿潴留AbstractObjectiveThisresearchistoexploretheeffectsofpatientsafterthethoracotomyofdifferenttimingofremovalofcatheteronurinationconditionItprovidesevidenceforhealthcarestafftoreferenceoftimingtocatheterremoval．MethodsAccordingtotheoperationdate,theresearchersdivided１６０participantsintotwogroups．TheDoubledayincluding８０casesisexperimentalgroupwhichremovesthecatheterwhenthepatientscomplaintheyhaveurine．TheOdd－numＧbereddayincluding８０casesiscotrolgroupwhichremovestheurinarycatheterwhenbladderemptying．ResultsComingup１caseofurinaryretentionintheexperＧimentalgroup,８casesofurinaryretentioninthecontrolgroup．Thedifferencebetweengroupsisstatisticallysignificant．(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionWhenhealthcarestaffremovetheurinarycatheterforthoracotomypatients,shouldclampthecatheter,removingtheurinarycatheterwhenbladderfilledandpatientswithacomＧplaintofhavetourinate．Thiscanreducetheincidenceofurinaryretention,reducethesufferingofpatients,promotepostoperativerecoveryandreducingtheworkloKaedyowfonrudrsses．AfterthethoracotomyUrinaryretention中图分类号R４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０４５４－０２
