摘要
摘要目的探讨高血压性心脏病采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗的临床效果.方法选取２０１３年１０月~２０１４年１０月收治于我院的９６例高血压性心脏病患者,按照随机的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组４８例,给予该组患者美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗,对照组４８例,给予该组患者单纯应用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果观察组治疗的有效率为９７．９２％,对照组治疗的有效率为８５．４２％,观察组患者在治疗后的血压明显低于对照组,其心脏功能均得到明显的改善,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组相比较P＜０．０５,差异具有统计学意义.结论美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦对于治疗高血压性心脏病具有明显的效果,可有效的降低血压,改善患者的心脏功能,具有重要的临床应用价值.关键词高血压性心脏病;美托洛尔;厄贝沙坦;治疗效果HypertensiveheartdiseasebymetoprololtreatmenteffectwasobservedirbesartanAbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectsofhypertensiveheartdiseaseusingmetoprololirbesartantreatment．MethodsOctober２０１３－OcＧtober２０１４weretreated９６casesofhypertensiveheartdiseasepatientsinourhospital,accordingtotherandomprincipledividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroupinwhich４８casesoftheobservationgroup,givethisgroupofpatientsmetoprololirbesartantreatedcontrolgroupof４８patientsreceivedirbesartansimpleapplicationofthisgroupofpatientsfortreatment,thetreatmenteffectbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients．ResultsTheeffectiverateof９７．９２％treatedcontrolgroupwas８５．４２％effectivetreatment,patientsobservedinbloodpressureaftertreatmentwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup,thecardiacfunctionweresignificantlyimproved,theeffectisobviousobservationgroupbetterthanthecontrolgroup,comparedwithP＜０．０５,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignifiＧcant．ConclusionMetoprololirbesartanforthetreatmentofhypertensiveheartdiseasehaveasignificanteffect,caneffectivelylowerbloodpressure,improvethepatientK＇seycawrdoiradcsfunction,hasimportantclinicalvalue．Hypertensiveheartdisease;Metoprolol;Irbesartan;Treatmenteffect中图分类号R５４４．１文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０１３９－０２
