网络时代高校教师职业规范摭谈

Abstract Network brings new challenges for the professional quality of university teachers the problems of moral anomie teachinganomie and academic anomie are usually exposed. Teachers should allow smart phones get into the classroom and ready to accept networkmonitoring which requires that teachers should achieve unified morality and knowledge teaching of life and strengthen opportunecommunications with each other as well as the teachers' team should establish norms and improve system.院网络 高校教学 职业规范Key words network university teaching professional norms中图分类号院G451.6 文献标识码院A 文章编号院1006-4311（2014）01-0256-020 引言互联网络的到来使教师的职业素质面临前所未有的挑战。传统观念认为教师是集&ldquo 师范性&rdquo &ldquo 发展式&rdquo &ldquo 知识型&rdquo &ldquo 全能化&rdquo 等于一体的人才，&ldquo 要给学生一杯水，教师自己要有一桶水&rdquo ，&ldquo 师者，所以传道授业解惑也。&rdquo 当今教师已无法达到这种境界，师生都面临着到&ldquo 网络&rdquo 的江河里取水的问题，这种困境在高校尤为突出。可以预见教师如果不适应网络时代的职业规范，长此以往，其&ldquo 师德师范&rdquo 将形同虚设，&ldquo 师道尊严&rdquo 也将荡然无存。因此，如何顺应网络时代的新形势，有效地提高教师的职业素质，形成良好的职业规范，成为当下我们亟待解决的课题。
