网络时代高校教师职业规范摭谈

摘要 院网络给高校教师的职业素质带来了全新的挑战,道德失范、教学失范、学术失范等问题时有曝光。教师应允许智能手机进入课堂并随时接受网络监督,这要求教师本人要德识统一、以身立教,教师之间要加强交流、及时通联,教师队伍要确立规范、完善制度。
