摘要
AdataacquisitionsystembasedonLabVIEWisdesignedandimplemented,andelectro-discharge(ED)finetruingofmetal-bondedfine-graindiamondwheelbasedonreal-timemonitoringisresearched.Real-timemonitoringnotonlymakesefficientimpulsespecificationofEDtruingeasilyobtained,butalsoisgoodfortimelyidentifyingno-load,avoidingshortcircuitandarcdischargephenomenaandthenforobtainingnormalmachiningstate.EDfinetruingofthefine-grainwheelincludestwosteps:roughtruingforhighefficiencyandfinetruingforhighprecision.FinalEDtruingprecisionandefficiencynotonlydependonelectricprocessspecification,butalsoisconcernedwithelectrodeshape,insulatedperformanceofoperatingfluidandverticalfeedquantityvalueandfrequency.ExperimentsindicatethatEDfinetruingbasedonreal-timemonitoringcanimprovethetruingprecisionandefficiency.AveragemachiningefficiencyofW10wheelisabout0.95μm/min;thefinalrun-outbyEDtruingislessthan2μm.
