Rheology of Alumina-Based Graphite-Containing Castables-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthiswork,therheologicalbehaviorofultra-lowcementalumina-basedcastableswithadditionofflakegraphiteandextrudedgraphitepelletshasbeeninvestigatedbyusingIBBrheometer.Emphasishasbeenlaidontheinfluenceofthetypeandamountofcarbonadditiononrheologicalpropertiesofthealumina-basedcastablesandtheresultsarecomparedwithcorrespondingaluminacastablesampleswithoutanycarbonaddition.Itisfoundthatalumina-basedcastableswithextrudedgraphitepelletshavegoodrheologicalbehaviorandflowabilitywithlowerwaterdemand(＜6.3%)andnosegregationduringtheshearingofcastable.
