摘要 Thehemodynamicmechanismofrollingmanipulation(RM)oftraditionalChinesemedicalmassage(TCMM)isinvestigated.AnaxisymmetricalnonlinearmodelandanarbitraryLagrangian-Eulerianfiniteelementmethod(ALE-FEM)withrezoningalgorithmwereintroducedtostudytheviscousflowthroughanaxisymmetricalrigidtubewithaxiallymovingstenosistosimulatetherollingmanipulation.FlowrateandwallshearstresswereobtainedbysolvingcompleteNavier-Stokesequationsnumerically.Thenumericalresultsshowthatthestenosismovingfrequency,namelythefrequencyofrollingmanipulation,hasgreateffectonthedisturbanceofflowandthewallshearstress.Thestenosiscoefficient,whichcharacterizestheseverityofthestenosis,anotheradjustableparameterinrollingmanipulation,alsoshowsthesignificanteffectonflowrateandwallshearstress.Thesenumericalresultsmayprovidesomedatathatcanbetakenintoconsiderationwhenmassageisusedinclinic.
