摘要 AIMMacrophagemigrationinhibitoryfactor(MIF)isapro-inflammatorycytokineinvolvedinthepathogenesisofavarietyofautoimmuneandinflammatorydiseases,includingarthritis,glomerulonephritis,Gram-positiveandGram-negativesepsis,andatherogenesis.RecentstudiesshowedthatCD74(antigen-associatedinvariantchainⅡ)isahigh-affinitymembrane-bindingproteinforMIF.ThepurposeofthepresentstudywastoexpresstherecombinanthumanCD74inE.coliandinhibittheactivityofMIFbyusingrecombinantCD74invitro.
