摘要
摘要目的探讨恶性胸腹水应用细胞蜡块的临床价值.方法收集一定例数的恶性胸腹水患者,所有患者均为恶性肿瘤合并胸腹水的患者,将所有的患者均行胸腹水常规检测,同时将胸腹水做成细胞蜡块,然后做病理组织学检测和免疫組化检测.比较两组检出率及与组织病理的一致性.结果细胞蜡块组患者检出率明显高于常规检测组患者,差异为显著差异,(P＜０．０５)有统计学意义.结论在对恶性胸腹水患者实施检测的过程中,首先将胸腹水做成细胞蜡块,然后做病理组织学检测和免疫組化检测,能够较好的检出恶性胸腹水患者,判定肿瘤来源,有确诊的重要意义,在临床上值得推广应用.关键词恶性胸腹水;细胞蜡块检测;临床价值AbstractobjectiveToresearchthevaluesofparaffinblockofcellsonthediagnosisandtreatmentinducedbymalignanthydrothoraxandasciticfluid．MethＧodsWecollcetsomecasesofpatientswhohavemalignancytumers,andinthemeanwhiletheyallhavemalignanthydrothoraxandasciticfluid．WedetectthehyＧdrothoraxandasciticfluidwithroutinmethodsandparaffinblockmethodsseparately．Thepurposeofthisrearchistocomparethepositiverateandtheconsistencywiththepathologyaboutthetwodifferentmethods．ResultThepositiverateofparaffinblockmethodssuperiortotheroutinmethodsobviously．(P＜０．０５)CocluＧsionWhenthepatientswhowithmalignancytumershavemalignanthydrothoraxandasciticfluidweshouldmakeparaffinblockwiththefluidfirst,thendetectthepathologyandimmunohistochemistry．Usethismethodswecoulddiagnosisthemalignancyfluidandjudgethetissueorigin,especiallyforsomepatientswhounableKaecyquwiorredtshelesiontissues．Sothismethodsisveryusefulinclinical．malignanthydrothoraxandasciticfluid;paraffinblockofcells;valuesinclinical中图分类号R７３０．４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１５１２－０１
